Cooking Fairy

Oh My Goodness how motivating it is to look for the moment of the day when I can be in my Kingdom = in The Kitchen :P 
So after a not at all good day at work I have made today`s specialty `Liptai Curd Cheese` which is a great addition to your fridge and the hungry moments when you don`t feel like preparing and then even having a big, proper meal but just a bite, just a little bite of something, ANYTHING ;D and here you are .... a delicious soft cream that melts in your month in an instant, that you can lay on the crispy bread and just have that 1 bite, FINALLY!!! Ole




I find it amusing that each day I spend time to browse in my new cook book for new recipes :P and of course I always find something that catches my attention! 
This time I had my Big mission, to make my Very 1st Hungarian Goulash Soup, one of our world wide known specialty! 
It turned out so Great! Thx to our friendly butcher next door, it was a 5* meal. A sudden fallen flower also helped on the effect visually as the pictures proves it as well 




Gorgeous Sunday, full of Sunshine! And full of optimism that I can make that delicious Hungarian dessert, so called: ` Curd Cheese Balls` ... well, it was tasty however not picture perfect :P therefore I show a pic that is not mine just to show what made our lunch complete today! 


After a long day all I dream of just a piece of quite: so I start cooking with my fav. Tv show on TV = The Mentalist with charming Patrick solving crimes at the background ;P with scented candles all around
